The code on this page still seems to install in modern Mozilla based browsers, but the search engine at Dex has changed enough that it doesn't actually return results.

Luc DISCHERT has contributed a new version to mycroft that seems to be working fine, at least it's working with Iceweasel 3.0.

There are a few popular search sites in the Search Bar in the upper-right corner of Firefox. If you'd like to add one to search the DexOnline business listings for Santa Fe, NM click on the link below to add it to your Firefox Search Bar:
Click Here to install it: dexonline-sf- DexOnline for Santa Fe, NM.
The files that get installed are available here:
- dexonline-sf.src
And you need an image file too:
- dexonline-sf.png
You can easily edit the files to make it work for other cities, I made this one by copying these:
- Written mostly by Richard Haussmann
The tougher part is knowing where to put it.
They go in your ~/.firefox/default/USERSTRING.slt/searchplugins/ folder. Assuming you use the 'default' user profile and GNU/Linux.
If you make plugins for other New Mexican cities, feel free to send them to the mailing list and we'll post them here where the javascript can install them more easily.
Also consider submitting them to Mycroft
